Typical day for a line cook

A line cook usually wakes up early like around 6:00 and goes to work.
During the day a line cook handles a lot of costumers orders and makes up to around 20 meals per day. When the restaurant closes the line cook stays behind with the other line cooks and cleans up the kitchen. After the kitchen is clean the line cooks goes home and gets ready for the next day
