Religion of the Bamana is that of the teachings taught by the jow, they learn 6 concepts that make them a better person and also their community a better place to live. The final jow, known as kore, is supposed to help man get the portion of his soul given to God back through reincarnation.

-ancestors are a big part of the religion.
-rituals involving people dressing up in costumes of animals dancing around. Ex: (on slide 3)
-believe in reincarnation through animals or even vegetables.
