The Over View

The climate of the countries in SWANA is that of an arid climate. It is very dry there and their are many deserts, including the worlds largest, the Sahara. The population of each individual country isn't very high, but when all added together it equals 486.5 million people in the SWANA area. The religion in this region is mainly Islamic, with almost the whole region recognized as Islam, not many other religions are in this area. Most government types in the SWANA area are monarchs, where their is one ruler who is from a line of other rulers and has limitless control. Some key features of geography in the SWANA area are that of the Sahara desert in North Africa, the Atlas Mountains, the Nile river, and the Ahagar highlands that reach up over 4,000 feet.
