Criteria & Requirements

ADMISSION CRITERIA

- Outstanding achievement in the applicant's first degree which must have equivalent to UK First Class in either electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, mathematics, robotics, physics and industrial engineering (i.e. a very good CGPA)

- Language ability: the course is taught in English and candidates must meet the required standards: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent for the MSc; IELTS 5.0 or equivalent for the BSc (check here: http://secure.vec.bc.ca/toefl-equivalency-table.cfm)

- Student motivation to undertake the programme and relevance to his or her professional development.

- Very good evaluation from referees

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Curriculum Vitae

2. Letter of motivation

3. Latest degree received and/or current registration certificate

4. Latest transcripts

5. Proof of level of competency in English (could be a letter from your university stating that you have been taught in English)

6. ID document and/or passport

7. Birth certificate (if applicable)

8. Passport-format photo

9. Name and email of two referees

Note that, at this stage (application), certified copies and translated copies are not required (as long as the document is written in English, French or Spanish). The certified and translated copies will be asked (and compulsory) if and only if you are selected. 

A screenshot or scanned copy of your proof of level of competency in English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, etc.) is asked at this stage. No institution code is used. You may have to provide the original document under our request.
