What is a Closing?

A "closing" is where we meet with some or all of the following individuals:

* the seller

* the seller's agent

* a rep from the lending institution

* a rep from the title/attorney office

At closing, you will be required to pay all fees and closing costs in the form of "guaranteed funds" such as a money wire. I will get with you to go over the settlement statement prior to closing so that you know the exact amount owed.
