Norman Apple Tart
Ingridients:
Tart shell
1 1/3 cup of all purpose flour.
1 large egg, beaten
1 stick cold butter, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1tbsp. Sugar
Frangipane filling:
1 stick of softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3/4 cup almond flour
3 to 4 medium apples, sliced thin and apricot jelly to serve
