Why NOT Rinse with Tap Water ?
Tap Water has dissolved mineral solids. The amount varies from area to area - and can range from as low as 40ppm to 1000ppm.
When you rinse glass with tap water, the water evaporates, but leaves spots of minerals that were dissolved in the water, on the glass.
