The second continental congress met at Philadelphia, on May 10,1775 the decision they had to make was who was going to run the New England army
John Adams was the one who came up with the idea to make a continental army, they chose George Washington to lead the army
The important details of the battle of bunker hill was that British General William Howe had ordered an immediate attack on breed's hill. Then Putnam fired back. The importance was that 1,000 British troops were killed or wounded, nearly half that many Americans.
