The Prime Suspect

This young man is the prime suspect and the sole survivor of the incident. Everything points to him being the killer...but we will never know. When he was found he was having a panic attack and claiming that Dylan did it... hen taking his mug shot he had a mental breakdown. He is now believed to be criminally insane.
