Baby steps


Baby steps:
1. Next time someone flips you off, flip them off back with a peace sign
2. Listen to yourself through out the day, count as many times you hear yourself say " you make me, I have to, why can't they, I can't....."
3. Do something that you always wanted to do but never dared, as in ask someone out on a date, join a team, raise your hand in class
4. Write yourself a post it note "I will not let............. Decide how I feel
5. Next time at a party, don't let the party come to you, go to the party and walk up to someone that is new
