There is more then 67 species of mammals including 7 species of natural ungulates ,2 species of bears,330 species of birds,16 species of fish,4 species of amphibians,and 6 species of reptiles living in the park.

There were no wolves in the park in1994.the wolves that were reintroduce in 1995 and 1996 thrived and now over 300 descents living in the park now.
