Interdiction of the Menes.

My Pharaoh is Menes. Legend has it the Menes led the armies of upper Egypt to the victory in the north and the unified land, founding the first dynasty and establishing a capital at Memphis. There is no evidence that Menes existed, although the Egyptian priest and historians manetho, writing in the third century BC, records him as the dynastic ruler. Two figures for whose existance the evidence is much stronger are scorpion and Narmer. Scorpion was one of the last kings of the prontodynasic period.
