What's a Tumor?

A tumor is a giant mass of cells that have grown together while uncontrollably multiplying. Tumors can either be benign or malignant. If a tumor is benign, it is not cancerous because it does not invade other tissues or cells. If a tumor is malignant, it is cancerous and dangerous because it can affect other healthy tissues and cells.
