I've decided to keep both of my Gross Margins as 25% because Cereal Products won't sell as fast as Gatorade, Chips, or Tacos due to the Super Bowl. The 25% margin allowed me to not be too expensive, but not too cheap. Since our store's objective is to be a "middle ground" store (Not to expensive, not too cheap), the margin is applicable to the products.

Why 25% ??

Grocery Store Toothaker 2

By AgentNS

In our Math class, we are running our own "grocery store" in order to learn about the world of retail and the math behind it. My group was assigned the cereal section. Therefore, this presentation documents the journey from my 2 products at Sam's to our own Grocery Store. Enjoy!
