Location of people matters a great deal in each issue. People move into or out of countries which change the size of a population, hence how many. There are various reasons for why people move or why they have large/small families, these include religion or government policies. There are also reasons why people migrate from one place to another. Migration is typically economically driven, whether it is to find a job or have more options.
