The Constitution Becomes A Law

.On September 17,1787,the representatives signed the Constitution.
.Before it became a law it had to be approved ( ratified ) by at least 9 of 13 states.
.New Hampshire was the ninth state to ratify the Constitution and then it became a law.
.New Yorkers didn't know it they should approve the Constitution and be a part of The United States.
.They had a vote and it was close-30 people voted for it and 27 against.
.New Yorkers became the 11th state.
