Climate

California's climate is different everywhere in California. It may be different in different places depending on where you live. Most of the places in California the climate is very sunny every day. In some places it can be rainy, foggy, or snowy. Sunny, rainy, foggy, and snowy are the weather conditions here. Things that effect climate are how far away the place is from the equator. The places close to equator are warmer and more humid then places far from the equator. It is also the distance from the coast. It would be cooler in summer and warmer in the winter if you are near the coast. Last is elevation. If a place has a high elevation then it's colder then a place with low elevation. Areas that have the same climate are climate regions.
