Barbie kept Moulin's unrecognizable body and saw it as a trophy like figure. He kept the body and put it on display for others to see. It resembled his true brutality.

Hitler awarded Barbie with the "First Iron Cross with Swords" for his brutality and specifically the Moulin case.
