Returning to normalcy:

After this type of emergency occurs, try to get patients and staff return to their normal routine and get plenty of rest. Try to stay away from sounds and images of disaster(stay away from media). Get them to focus on the positives and recognize their own feelings on the situation. Organize support groups within the hospital, you can help each other. The C.C leader will be instructed to notify all areas that the disaster situation is over. The director will contact other emergency response agencies to assist if needed.
