Food from Bolivia

Lunch is the most important meal in Bolivia and long lunch breaks are the norm. Interestingly many people have Teatime in late afternoon, and dinner later in the evening. Teatime also includes eating like a pastry or muffin.

The cuisine is mainly traditional Spanish food. Three staples are corn 🌽 potatoes, and beans.
Meat is always served with either corn 🌽 or potatoes. Rice is often eaten with meals too, that comes from people who have immigrated to the country.
