Legacy Marina & Fishing Lodge

The Marina and Lodging project will include but not limited to:

• 18 Boat Slips
• Marina Facilities & Supply Store
• Family Island fishing lodge with phase 1 totaling 10 rooms
• Up-south grille: An island style restaurant
• Marina & Fuel Supply services
• Fishing Excursions
• Island Wide and Marine Tours
• Local goods and products in retail store

Phase 2:
• Will include additional slips, additional rooms at the Fishing Lodge.
• Farming sites to supply the various entities as well as the Bahamas with state of the art growing methods.

Future Phases will include expansion and further development at Legacy Properties:
• Thompson Pointe featuring a private harbour with resort and residential areas.
• Audio and Video Recording Studio
• Religious Chapel
• Energy, Water & Waste Facilities
• Fractional Ownership Village
• University/College Based Research Facility
