Otto was known as the father of nuclear chemistry. He entered the military in 1928.
He liked long walks on the beach and singing about love and kissing his dog. He married a woman named Edith Née Junghan and had a son named Hanno who was born in 1922 and killed in a fatal car accident in 1960 while on a trip in France.
