-Superpower: Ability to see fish underwater and see very far away
-Weakness: Every now and then he has mini seizures while fishing and this impairs his sight.
-Transportation: Floats around on the SS O Lobe helping fisherman in need of fish.
-Back Story: Growing up as a child, Captain Sight had such impeccable vision that he wasn't even classified as a normal person. As he grew older, he fell in love with fishing. He soon realized that this hobby was so simple because he could see through the water and could pick out where all the fish were.
