Comparison

The theory of evolution is the actual theory of how living things have evolved and adapted into new things. It's the thoughts of how new organisms arise and how organisms began. On the other hand, the process of evolution is the process of anything or object changing or evolving over a certain time period. They have same concept of things changing over time, but they are not the same thing at all.
