1.) The most common organisms that I found were algae, rotifers, and vorticella.
2.) It was hard to find some Protista because there weren't a ton of Protista in the samples and it was easy to confuse easy to confuse Protista with other microorganisms in the water, making it hard to identify which were Protista and which weren't. In addition, it was hard to take a picture because it had to be in the right position on the microscope, a clear photo, and my hands are very bad a staying still.
3.) the most interesting organism that I found was the pediastrum, also known as

Pediastrum boryanum.

This organism is a nonmotile protist that is really unicellular but appears multicellular because it is really many colonies of pediastrum. These colonies give it it's star shape and make it just so interesting and unique.
