The allie is Cristina because she is helping Tris along the way, she let's Tris win one of the challenges so that she won't get kicked out of Dauntless.

The mentor is Four because he helps Tris find a way to hide that she is Divergent, he helps her train and let's her see his fears.

The haven is Tris's home back in Abnigation because that's were she's always lived and felt safe.
