Ribs are defined as a cage of bones around your chest that protects your heart, lungs and liver.

The skull is made up from bones that protect your brain.


Pelvic girdle

Pelvic girdle are bowl shaped hips that protect the lower abdominal organs (intestines) and helps support the weight of your body.


Pictorial girdle

Pectorical girdle- shoulder that allows for a wide range of shoulder motions and greater overall freedom of movement.
