After the Pharaoh’s daughter caught eye of her brother, she advised her to get a Hebrew woman to look after the baby. Once she agreed, Miriam sent out to find her mother to take care of Moses until he does not need his mother’s milk. After he’d grown to be the son of an Egyptian, ran away out of Egypt, and reunited with the Israelites, Miriam looked after him.
