When Perseus and his mother got put in a chest and sent out to sea they landed on an island named Seriphus. A fisherman found them and led the mother and son to the palace. Since the king wanted the mother To hHimself he sent the son to go get the head of medusa for his so to be wife Hippodamia Perseus started on his journey and soon came upon quicksilver a wise man. He helped Perseus on his journy by helping him go to the Three Grey Sisters and getting the things he needed to kill medusa. When he got all the things that he needed he started to go on the path that he needed to get to medusa. Soon while he was flying he heard a voice saying that medusa was right below him. Right when medusa started to wake up he sliced her head off.
