Comparing Beowulf and Grendel

Even though Beowulf and Grendel are different in many ways here are some of their very few similarities.

- They both value and care about family .

- They both die their last battle.

- They both show courage and are both considered "heroic".

- They both have "oxymoron characteristics ".
