Parts of the system

1) Esophagus: this part of the digestive system due to the fact that it moves food down to the stomach.

2) Appendix: like a small tail to the large intestine it is almost comepletely useless to the human body.

3) Small intestine: connected to the large intestine but the small intestine is long!

4) Large intestine: connected to the small intestine but how it got its name was how thick it was compared to its small intestine brother.

5) Stomach: this is where food is broken down into small parts.
