- apply small amount of product

- stabilize elbow for comfort

- interlock fingers ;rotate wrist

- Palm up; massage using thumb over thumb technique

- massage entire palm using large to small circles

- Palm down; thumb over thumb technique

- pinch release slide motion

- activate pressure point between thumb and index finger

- place guests hand between yours to indicate closure
