ORGANIZED GOVERNMENT: As the years went on, the Sumerians created an organized government. The rulers of the government were either Kings and Priests. The government had a code of law. A ruler named Hammurabi created these laws.

TRANSPORTATION: The Sumerians were the first people to invent the wheel. They used the wheel to build horse chariots they used these to transport goods and transport people. The wheel made the lives of the Sumerians much simpler, because it took less time to travel and it was less painstalking.
