A Tropical Paradise

Nicaragua is very beautiful! I appreciated and enjoyed a bunch of fresh fruit. They grow a lot of pineapples and coconuts. We had fresh watermelon and white pineapple with almost every meal. We also had a variety of juices. One dark purple juice I tried was rosa de Jamaica or Jamaican tea; it is very sweet and is made from the hibiscus flower.
