Storytelling in "Cuckoo's Nest"

"I must be crazy to be in a looney bin like this"-McMurphy

Perception of Reality

"Cuckoo's Nest" introduces us to a new perception of reality. It causes us to look deep inside of ourselves to determine what's real and what's imaginary.

"Cuckoo's Nest" has wonderful examples of Good vs. Evil. It makes us realize that even the insane can be the good guys. Big Nurse is the main antagonist in this story, and the asylum patients are protagonists.
