Martin van buren was born in 1782 in a Dutch community along the Hudson River. 

The name of kinder-hook-meaning, children's corner.

When Martin was 14 he wanted to be a political leader.

He became a political leader at 20

They called him old kinder-hook.

He attended school in kinder-hook until 14

When he began to study at fRancis Sylvester's office.

Once he did his first case, it was awkward at first but then he handled it And won.

That day he made 1 half dollar for his work.
