Will this technique be able to provide for future generations?

If the government of Armenia invested a few million dollars into a recycled water plant project, there would be water for many generations. This may also depend on the water availability. However, the point of recycled water plants is to recycle water so even if the water supply became low, they could still use waste water as a drinking source.
