How

Activities that can cause blisters are rowing, running, cleaning, wearing shoes that are too small, cooking, baking, etc.

A small blister will heal on its own (pea size), but if the blister is big, drain it with a clean needle. Do not rip the skin off unless it's infected.

Avoid activities that cause excessive friction on the skin, (running) wear two pairs of socks, use blister cream, wear bandaids, (rowing) tape your hands
