MARIJUANA INITIATIVE IN OREGON:
Lincoln stated in his first inaugural address that he would not interfere in the business of individual states. I think he might have voted yes on this issue.
FRACKING IN DENTON TX:
He believed that people should be able to control what goes on in their own communities. He one said, “the candid citizen must confess that if the policy of the Government is to be irrevocably fixed by the decisions of the Supreme Court…the people will cease to be their own rulers.”
PERSONHOOD IN CO:
This law not only granted protection to an unborn fetus or eggs, but could create legal problems for the mother's. They could accused of murder, even if they had a miscarriage. This law was so strictly worded, I do not feel that he would have jeopardized a woman's life in voting for this.

MINIMUM WAGE INITIATIVES IN ALASKA:
During Lincoln's presidency, it is noted that in the north people suffered from working for slave wages, and that their living conditions were not as good as slaves in southern states. I do not believe he would have supported a wage increase.
GUN CONTROL IN WASHINGTON STATE:
I think Lincoln would have opposed the stricter gun laws. He said, "This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember it or overthrow it." He knew that the right to bare arms was extremely important for allowing the people the right to protect themselves against government as well as, dismantling it, if necessary.
