MARIJUANA INITIATIVE OREGON:

I believe that Davis would have supported this issue, because he needed a way to help finance his new government, and turning it into a cash crop would have helped him tremendously.

FRACKING IN DENTON TX:

Davis was known for his strong will to stand up for what citizens wanted. Considering most people in that community did not support the fracking, stating that it was destroying the earth and surrounding ecology. He would have listened to the people. 

PERSONHOOD IN CO:

The fact that Davis listened to his people, and had a deep belief in constitutional ammendments, he would not have supported this ballot, because it would have taken away a women's rights to her own body.

MINIMUM WAGE IN ALASKA:

Jefferson Davis fully supported the growth of the economy. Increasing the minimum wage in Alaska would have made since, because it would have helped the people, as well.

GUN CONTROL IN WASHINGTON STATE: 

If gun control would have been enforced during Davis's time as president, then the Civil War and secession from the United States would never have been possible. I think he would have been opposed on this issue.
