Indiana Gun Laws
Indiana requires retail handgun dealers to obtain a state license and prohibits domestic violence offenders from purchasing or processing firearms.
Indian does NOT:
-require a background check for private gun sales
-prohibit the transfer or possession of assault weapons, .50 caliber rifles or large capacity ammunition magazines
-license firearm owners
-require there gustatory of firearms
-limit the number of firearms that may be purchased at one time
-impose a waiting period on firearm purchases
-regulate unsafe handguns
The minimum age you have to be in Indiana to purchase a gun is 18.
