Cook And Mash The Potatoes

Peel the potatoes.

And cut into even

Sized pieces

Place into a
Saucepan

And cover with cold water

Bring to a boil
Reduce heat

And simmer gently for 15-20 mins or until softened.

Drain and mash

Add a little milk and continue mashing until very smooth
