NCAI Mission/History

Goals/Mission:

-protect and enhance treaty and sovereign rights

-secure traditional laws, cultures and way of life for their descendants

-educate the public on their culture

-improve the life for Native communities and people

History:

established in 1944 in response to US policies that contradicted the rights that were given to Natives during the old days.
