In Martha Graham's 7 decade long career(1894-1991),she put a twist on her dance style and incorporated modern dance and was compared to the amazing artworks of Picasso, Strvinski, and Frank Lloyd.
Merce Cunningham took Martha Graham's new dance style and expanded it by adding his own techniques with improvements. He was one of the greatest Creative dancers in America, and taught thousands of amazing dancers to make them the people they are today.
Lester Horton was an extraordinaire contemporary dance visionary. Lester trained the best modern dancers and added Native American dance and modern jazz into his unique dance style.
