This was the first time I have used Crain's services and I'm so happy that I did! I was looking to replace my 20 year old furnace and called to request an estimate. Within 2 hours, a Crain Comfort Advisor, Cody arrived at my home. Cody assessed my needs, presented my options and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable on all their products and explained all warranties, rebates and promotions. All the estimates given, were very fair and reasonable. After deciding on a unit, the installation was scheduled for the next day. That morning, Service Pro's Marlyn and Nick arrived on time, explained the install procedure and went right to work. Both are very personable, friendly guy's who really know their stuff! They did a fantastic job on the install and got my new unit up and running earlier than they originally anticipated! Everyone I had contact with at Crain are definitely an asset to the company and strive for excellent customer support and satisfaction. I am sold on Crain Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

Chosing Crain heating and cooling for replacing our furnace and adding AC was the best choice I could ever had made! We had previously gotten a quote from them and a few others knowing our furnace was old, and wanting to add AC, but when our furnace decided to die in the middle of winter on a Saturday night..... it was less than ideal! Crain came out on a Sunday and brought us space heaters while planning for a temporary furnace to be installed Monday and our new furnace and AC on friday (later due to our work schedules!) The whole team was very accommodating, friendly and wonderful to work with, explaining things through the entire process! Shout out to Jim and Jason who came out for quotes and were very knowledge, honest and professional. Second shout out to Ed and Garrett who installed our furnace and AC super quite, cleaned up spotlessly after themselves and explained to me in detail everything they were doing! Cant recommend them enough to friends/family in the market for heating and AC

I could not believe how professional this company is. A man name Garrett came by my home on a weekend to fix my furnace. He is a Saint. Not only did he stop by on a odd day he was at my home after hours. My Wife and kids are safe now and warm with no worries. Thank so very much . Amen
