PROSERPINA (PERSEPHONE)

GODDESS OF SPRING

Proserpina is Ceres' daughter and queen of the underworld. She was abducted by Pluto and taken to the underworld to be his wife. She is said to bring spring when she returns from the underworld to be with her mother.
