Gliding Joint

The display window is like the gliding joint because it has to slide in order to work and our hand joints have to slide in order to work.

The elevator door is similar to gliding joint because it opens and closes by sliding against the wall.

The hallway gate represents gliding joints because in order to close it, it needs to be pulled, making it slide.
