Who is benefiting from current international aid programs? Who is not? Why?

-Aid is being wasted on situations where these countries are having to use overpriced goods & services from countries that are donating

-Most aid isn’t going to the poorest citizens that really needs it

-Large Projects fail to help the vulnerable

-Most Money Projects are being embezzled away by the government
