Breakfast - Cereal: 3/4 cup of and 1 cup of milk
Fruit: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Water: 2 cups
One Day's Worth of Meals & Snacks Menu
Lunch - Ham & Cheese Sandwich: 2 oz ham & 1 cup = 1 slice of cheese
& 1 oz whole grain bread
Salad: 1 cups of spinach lettuce & 1-2 tbs olive oil &
lemon juice
Water: 2 cups
Dinner - Grass Fed - Steak: 3 oz
Mashed Potatoes: 1 cup
Whole Grain Bread: 1 oz
Water: 2 cups
Breakfast had carbs, protein, water, fat, minerals and vitamins. Snack had water, minerals, vitamins and carbs. Lunch had protein, fat, carbs, water, minerals, vitamins. Dinner consisted of protein, fat, carbs, water, minerals and vitamins.
Snack Time - 1 Apple = 1 cup
