- Small potato

- Plastic knife

- Styrofoam hot dog container

- Food scale

- Potato peeler

- Salt

1. Peel and cut the potato into a small "body shape"

2. Weigh the potato for data (optional)

3. Put into your "sarcophagus" and cover the potato completely

4. Leave in one spot to rest for a week

One Week Later

1. Take out the potato and take out the salt

2. Observe and take notes (optional)

3. Put potato back into "sarcophagus" and cover with salt again
